The focus of our enterprise stand-up meetings were to review risks, issues and blockers. Directors, managers, project managers and team members would attend if they had an issue they needed help with. Early on these meetings were pretty ugly as dirty laundry was aired in public but collaboration quickly followed. There were days when blame was being thrown back and forth but overall this meeting was very valuable for getting problems dealt with. This is an example of an issue ticket.
